Our Journey

Berkeley 2015

Like all things, our first project started small. Berkeley Homes was our first cleaning job, costing over as little as £2500, being our first time, would also be our first promise to deliver quality timely clean.

Embassy Garden 2015

Soon other developers began to enquire about our recent works. Embassy Gardens was our first large scale project for the tier 1 developer, Ballymore. This partnership with Ballymore would see us continue forming close relationships working on some of Londons most exciting projects.

Royal Wharf 2017

Two years after our contract at Royal Wharf, we would introduce our new third service maintenance scheme, which Local London Contractors provided on-site. Aftercare services would include a one-stop shop for all single contractors with plumbing, joinery, painting, drylining and handyman works.
